college memories

I really like to write as well as to read. Mapa english books man or tagalog pocketbooks. From romance to thriller. Dan Brown and James Patterson are one of my favorite and Precious Heart Romance pocketbooks are my local ones. Sabi nga nila masyado daw akong addict sa pagbabasa because once i started reading ala na yun babaan kahit mapuyat pa ako. The latest book i read was PRIVATE by james patterson and i read it in just one night. I started at 9pm and finished it at 5am, ganun ako kaaddict.

But there is one book where in its the reason behind my likeness in reading. My college professor in Ethics gave us a project wherein we must read a book and after reading it he grouped us and let us make our own book review. Our final exam is about on this book also. Dahil sa mahilig akong magbasa i finished it in the alloted time at ako pa nakakuha ng pinakamataas na grado. From then on mas naengganyo na akong magbasa.
Tuesdays with Morrie is my all time favorite and the reason behind everything. The book is about on the fourteen Tuesdays Mitch was with morrie. Each Tuesday has its own topic.
Schwartz and Albom's conversations canvas acceptance, communication, love, values, openness, and happiness. Albom emphasizes the importance of forging a culture of one's own to transcend the tyranny of popular culture, suggesting that the media is preoccupied with death, hatred, violence and depression. Quoting his favorite poet, W. H. Auden, Schwartz insists we must "love each other or perish".
Throughout the text Albom's character changes as Schwartz's stories inspire him. Albom brings food to Schwartz at every visit, an affirmation of life and health. It is the only gift besides company that Albom is able to provide to Schwartz in his suffering.
